Step 1: login to Gmail settings page

Scroll down to the bottom in the Gmail settings page, there is a”Vacation responder”and turn it on.

After turning it on, click on the period you want to set the automatic vacation reply and enter the subject (mail title) and the mail content.

For an example, if the annual holiday period is 3/22-3/26, the first day and the last day will be filled with 3/22 and 3/26 respectively, and the subject’s title can be set according to the situation, such as”Cannot reply immediately during the annual holiday period”.
